The braai area on the ground level is the place to relax and recap the day's events. This is also where people meet from all over the country and before you know it, have a friend to share a beer with. The kids can enjoy the swimming pool while you enjoy a braai.

The accommodation is on the beachfront and within walking distance to the main beach (protected by shark nets). It is also close (about 100 meters) from one of the best fishing spots on the South Coast.

Amanzimtoti is well located and to the South of Durban. It is a 10-minute drive from the Durban International Airport, 20 minutes from Durban and within a comfortable driving distance to many well-known destinations such as the Casino, Durban Waterfront development, Gateway Shopping Centre and Croc world.

In the immediate area there is a spur (walking distance from Stella Maris), other restaurants, 2 golf courses, shopping centres, a water world and walkway ideally for skating, jogging and cycling, a weekly night market, flea market, pedal boats and canoeing on the lagoon, an entertainment centre with ten pin bowling facilities and sports facilities.

There is a cleaning service available on your request at an additional cost, to come in everyday to clean the flat. This can be arranged on your arrival (details in flat).

The view is spectacular and you will probably spend hours enjoying this amazing view and watch the dolphins going by. You will not be the first visitor to spot a whale going past. Below is picture of the sea view/sea's swimming pool from the flat.

The main shopping complex with various pubs, shops and banking facilities is approximately one kilometre away. The pubs and restaurants provide live entertainment. An entertainment centre offering arcade games, pubs and ten pin bowling is situated close by. A flea market, craft village, and rowing and pedal boat trips in a nearby lagoon offers entertainment for the whole family. Public transport to uShakaland in Durban is available nearby.
